MOBILITY + FLEXIBILITY, words that are often used interchangeably, they are oh so different. at the same time, compliment one another,
and both are needed for physical training.
This program is ideal for individuals struggling with limited range of motion. Specifically designed to improve flexibility, balance, and prevent injury, it caters to all fitness levels and goals including cardio, strength, power, and speed training. During our sessions, I will incorporate mobility and physical training exercises with or without equipment.These exercises are specifically tailored to increase joint strength and enhance range of motion.
Sessions are between 45-60 minutes
2-4 sessions per week is recommended to see significant results.
The cost per session starts at $85 per month (excluding mileage).
